Special note
Those familiar with Nec's Sonnet will know that the character was released in three versions - an adult version (Mature) and two younger versions (Spoiled & Sweet). CAITLYNN IS A SINGLE CM PARTNER BASED ENTIRELY ON THE ADULT VERSION. Anyone who can't make this important distinction and feels the need to make inappropriate comments will be reported immediately.
If Caitlynn isn't to your taste, Divine Avenger has already released 'CM Partners - Nec's Sonnet', which contains all three versions in a non-adult mod. In fact, I'd go as far as to say unless you are specifically looking for adult content, I'd download Divine Avenger's version. His quality CM Partners in general got me started on the path to creating some of my own.

Description
Caitlynn is a Mage character based on Nec's Sonnet (Mature), developed for use with CM Partners Mod. She can be found using her magic to turn rocks into tasty crumpets in the upstairs lodgings of The Tiber Septim Hotel in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District.
In my opinion, this face model is the most attractive one I've seen on TES Nexus. It might not be the most detailed or the highest resolution, but the features fit together flawlessly. The only major change I've made is to give Caitlynn human ears. Other than that the changes are cosmetic ones, such as a new haircut, whiter teeth and working eyelashes.
Caitlynn's race is actually a duplicate of the original, with the only changes being paths to meshes and textures. This way it doesn't affect personal settings should the original race be used for a main character.
As with my other mods, I make no claims to lore-friendly content. This mod is listed under adult content due to the nude body textures and screenshots. If this offends you in any way, you shouldn't even be seeing this file, and should have the appropriate filter turned on in your preferences. Having said this, the adult elements are my own personal taste. Caitlynn has the decency to keep her clothes on when recruited, and will stay that way as long as you choose to spare her blushes. She's also based completely on Blackie's Beau template, so should act as expected in combat.
The file is slightly larger than typical companion mods due to having the hybrid 4096x4096 body textures included.
For those interested in the clothing used in the screenshots, the following mods were used:
R18PN 02 - Lingerie Set by NPR/KURESE.
Earrings from Ashara's Sirens and Tritons by SydneyB.
Requirements
CM Partners Mod and Nec's Sonnet (Mature) must be installed and working correctly.
Note: I'm reasonably sure that this mod will work without the .esp of the original character enabled, due to Caitlynn using a duplicate. I'd advise enabling it to be on the safe side anyway, unless you have a specific reason not to.
Recommendations
HG EyeCandy Body is highly recommended. The specific model used in the screenshots is HGEC Normal, D-cup, Medium lower.
The textures should work fine with most body replacers, although they haven't been tested. Set Body and Set Body Self is a great tool for experimenting with shapes and sizes.
Compatibility
There should be no compatibility issues as all required meshes and textures are included in either the installation of this mod or that of the original race. There may always be an exception. If you find an issue feel free to contact me, and I'll do my best to rectify it.
Installation
Extract the 7-Zip archive to a temporary location.
Copy the contained 'Data' folder into your 'Oblivion' folder.
Enable 'A CM Partner - Caitlynn (Sonnet Remix).esp' in your Oblivion launcher.
Note: Part of Mur_Zik's Sexywalks is included in the main installation. If you already have a particular version you use, then select no when given the option to overwrite. The '0Sexywalk01.kf' file can also be safely removed from the 'Data/Meshes/Characters/_male/specialanims' folder if you don't want to use the animation.
To install the 'Alternative Hair' texture, repeat the above procedure, overwriting the file when prompted. The main file must be installed first however, as the alternative texture contains only a single updated file.
Uninstallation
Delete 'A CM Partner - Caitlynn (Sonnet Remix).esp' from your 'Oblivion/Data' folder.
Delete both 'Caitlynn' folders from 'Oblivion/Data/Meshes/Characters/binaryme' and 'Oblivion/Data/Textures/Characters/binaryme'. If you have no other mods created by myself, you can also safely remove the 'binaryme' folders.

Both these texture sets were used to create a hybrid for Caitlynn. For example the base skin belongs to Ozmo, and the edited body hair originates from navetsea's work. If not familiar with Nec's other work, I'd highly recommend checking out characters such as Eva (Remake). Divine Avenger has already turned many of the characters into CM Partners.
