1. Download InjectFXXAA Beta9 + PP V3 with Sharpening
2. Extract the archive. You should now have five files:
QUOTE | d3d9.dll
Fxaa3_11.h
Post.h
shader.fx
Sharpen.h

3. Rename d3d9.dll to something different like d3d9_fxaa.dll for example!
4. Now put all these files into your main GTA-IV directory just like with ENB/ICE, ie:
\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
5. Now open enbseries.ini for ENB or iceconfig.ini for ICE and change it like this:
QUOTE | [PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_fxaa.dll

6. It's important to change ProxyLibrary= to the name of your .dll, d3d9_fxaa.dll is just an example I used for this tutorial.
7. If you want to disable the additional post-processing effects such as bloom or tonemapping, open the Post.h file and go to this section:
QUOTE | // comment these to deaktivate the Functions
#define USE_SHARPENING
#define USE_TONEMAP
#define USE_BLOOM
#define USE_LIMITER
#define USE_ADD_SHARPENING

Now just simply put a // infront of the function you want to disable, so it would look like this:
#define USE_BLOOM -> //#define USE_BLOOM
Also, you can delete your effect.txt for ENB or options.txt for ICE since the FXAA inject will now control the sharpening etc.
