-BuildingDistance 服务类建筑距离++++++++++++
Increase the distance coverage of most buildings (except Marketplace, Fire Station, Police Station and Hospital).
Although, a single Fire station/Police/Hospital will lower the chance of Fire/Explosion/Riot/Illness of whole island by 99%.
-EasyBuild简单建造
Removed the construction materials requirements for some buildings (Commuter Pier, Warehouse, Hospital, Pier,Depot)
-IncreaseStorage增加仓库容量
Depot now adds +2500 storage instead of 50.
-ProductionBoostNewWorld增加新世界产物产量
Boost Production in new world x10 and also lower workforce requirements of most factories to 1.
***Important***: You need to have the raw material far away from the factory
to force both the raw material and factory to use Warehouse. For example place Sugar cane plantation, cocoa Plantation, etc in one side of the island and Rum Distillery,
Chocolate Factory, etc on the other side. This is happening because raw material farm/field produce x10 but the factory need only 1 to input. Although, if the raw material
field/farm is in range of the factory it will still try to unload 10 materials in factory and will stuck. Just keep your production chain separated so its forced to use warehouse.
Chocolate factory uses sugar cane directly instead of sugar, so no need for sugar refinery.
-ProductionBoostOld World 增加旧世界产量
Just like in new world. Keep raw materials separated from final product factory. I also changed some production chains: Soap Factory now input directly pig, no need for rendering works.
Bakery input grain and Brewery Input grain and hops, so no need for malthouse and flour mill either. Fur Dealer now uses wool (sheep Farm) instead of cotton from new world.

As the title say. You dont need fertility to build farms and fields in new world

You start the game with 7.500.000 money
-StartingShips开始船
You start with 8 Cargo Ships and 1 Oil Tanker. Cargo Ships have Coffee, Rum, Gold (pocket Watches) and Caoutscouc(Bicycle).
This is to make the transition from Artisans to Engineers very easy, and use these cargo ships for trading between old/new world.
Also lowered maintenance cost of Oil Tanker and cargo ship to 1, and doubled the speed of cargo ship.
